About Me

Born in Havana, Cuba, Dr. Albano Cruz grew up in South Florida in a close-knit family that instilled in him the values of compassion, hard work and community. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency training within the Broward Health System. Dr. Cruz is excited to begin this new chapter in North Carolina and looks forward to the many opportunities to serve and connect with the local community. Outside of medicine, he is a proud husband and father of two young children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling and making memories together. Dr. Cruz is also an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on his favorite teams.
