About Me

Dr. Christopher Vasileff is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder reconstruction and sports medicine. He focuses on care for the shoulder as well as sports-related injuries of the ankle, elbow, hip and knee. He earned his bachelor's degree in brain behavior and cognitive science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor before completing his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids. He then completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, followed by a fellowship in orthopedic shoulder reconstruction and sports medicine at Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas in Greenville, South Carolina. Dr. Vasileff is committed to providing the latest treatments and techniques to help patients return to the activities they love.
