About Me

Dr. Lauren Mogk is a board-certified physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation with fellowship training in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine. She focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of back, neck and spine conditions using noninvasive and minimally invasive approaches including EMG testing.

Dr. Mogk earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before completing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She completed her internship at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte and her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation, also in Charlotte. She then completed her fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine at Jordan-Young Institute in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
