About Me

Scott Cooklish is a certified physician assistant with a background that reflects both academic excellence and a commitment to service. He completed his undergraduate studies and physician assistant training at Daemen College in Amherst, New York, graduating from the Physician Assistant Program with highest honors. Before entering healthcare, Cooklish served on active duty with the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1995, including during Operation Desert Storm. He subsequently served in the Air Force Reserves through 1998.
